Hoofverantwoordelikhede:

• Kliëntverhoudingsbestuur: Bou en onderhou sterk verhoudings met kliënte, verseker dat hul behoeftes bevredig word en bied deurlopende ondersteuning.
• Konsultasie & Opleiding: Bied kundige konsultasie en opleiding via telefoon, e-pos, afgeleë en ter plaatse vergaderings.
• Projekbestuur: Lei kliëntprojekte, verseker effektiewe veranderingsbestuur en tydige dienslewering.
• Spanleiding: Begeleid en mentor 'n span, stel doelwitte en bevorder professionele groei.
• Kliëntondersteuning: Oorsee bedrywighede om te verseker dat kliëntkwessies vinnig opgelos word en 'n hoë vlak van klanttevredenheid gehandhaaf word.

Vaardighede en Kwalifikasies:
