We are a highly regarded furniture moving company with operations in Cape Town and Joburg.

We are looking for someone to join our operations team and be responsible for:

Handling damages:

• liaising with customer to get item fixed/replaced
• conducting an investigation with moving staff into what actually happened. 
• reporting to senior management on each damage
• implementing strategies to reduce damages in the future.

Moving staff communications:

• chatting with movers every morning starting 6am.
• making movers feel heard.
• giving information and directives to movers.
• Completing projects in the operations department:
• Handling ad hoc tasks with a focus on good communication and efficiency. 

It would be beneficial if:

• You have experience managing people.
• You are a self started and able to work effectively without supervision. 
• You strong in customer relations.
