Duties:
Provide legal advice to management and the Board of the organisation. Draft, edit and amend contracts, service level agreements and memoranda of understanding in line with the organi8sation`s policies and procedures. Conduct legal analysis and research with regards to legal matters pertaining to the organisation. Manage litigation by and against the organisation. Assist the Board Secretary with legal secretarial work.

Candidate Requirements
Requirements:A four-year bachelor’s degree in the legal field. At least 5 years’ experience in a legal environment which must include legislative and contract drafting. Must be an admitted Attorney or Advocate. Analytical and innovative thinking skills. Good judgement, problem-solving and decision-making skills. Planning, organising and networking skills. Computer skills in MS office. A valid driver’s licence. Experience in board support in the public/health or social services/regulatory environment would be an added advantage.
