A manufacturer based in the southern suburbs of Cape Town is seeking an Executive Assistant to offer support to the CEO.
Candidate Requirements
Proven track record at executive level, in a large manufacturing environment, offering administrative and secretarial support is a must.
Experience with MS Office Suite, Forex management, international travel arrangements, arranging events and trade shows, Diary management are all key requirements of the role.
A Grade 12, Diploma in Legal Secretarial / Paralegal and a minimum of 5 years’ related experience are minimum requirements to be considered.
