Job & Company Description:
A leading tech company is seeking an experienced Process Engineer to join their high-performing team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for analyzing, designing, and optimizing key business processes to drive continuous improvement and operational excellence across the organization.

Job Experience & Skills Required:

Minimum of 4 years of experience in process engineering, preferably in a tech environment
Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Process Engineering, or a related field (essential)
Proficiency in Lean, Six Sigma, and other process improvement methodologies
Strong analytical skills with experience using process modeling software
Knowledge of automation tools (RPA experience is a plus)
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
