About the job
As a Junior Sales Representative for the Sourcing department , you will be an integral part of our sales team, responsible for engaging with incoming leads either setting up appointments for account managers or for yourself.
Responsibilities:
Setting Appointments: Set appointments for themselves or the account manager
Cold Calling: Reach out to prospects via phone, email, or other communication channels to introduce our products/services and schedule meetings.
Client Communication: Engage with clients to understand their needs, address inquiries, and provide information about our offerings.
Sales Presentations: Assist in preparing and delivering engaging sales presentations to potential clients.
Relationship Building: Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients, understanding their requirements and tailoring solutions to meet their needs.
Sales Support: Collaborate with the sales team to create proposals, quotes, and contracts for potential clients.
Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to identify new opportunities.
Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, leads, and progress accordingly.
Learning and Development: Continuously enhance your sales skills and knowledge through training and guidance from senior team members.
Achieving Targets: Work towards individual and team sales targets to contribute to company revenue goals.
Qualifications:
• A bachelor's/master’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferable.
• 1-2 years of experience in sales roles for real estate / property is desirable
• A strong interest in sales and a desire to build a career in the field.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, enthusiastic, and results-oriented.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
• Basic knowledge of sales techniques and strategies.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite is a plus.
