Job Description:
Examine contractual documents and project specifications to verify alignment with project requirements
Analyze and manage cost data associated with facility condition evaluations
Conduct quantity take-offs to create accurate construction cost estimates and bills of quantities
Deliver detailed reports on construction costs and budget considerations
 
Skills & Experience:
2 years of experience in consulting quantity surveying
Strong problem-solving skills
Skilled in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
Skilled in WinQs and DimX software
Valid driver's license required

Qualification:
Bsc or BTech in Quantity Surveying
 
Only South African Residents or individuals with a relevant South African work permit will be considered.
