Key Responsibilities:

Oversee financial operations and manage year-end audits effectively.
Prepare and analyze monthly management accounts for performance insights.

Lead budgeting and identify cost-saving opportunities across operations.
Ensure compliance with regulations and manage financial reporting processes.

Requirements:

CA or CIMA qualification
Advanced Excel skills and proficiency in finance management software
3+ years of financial management experience
Knowledge of IFRS for SMEs and strong internal control expertise
Excellent communication, leadership, and strategic analysis abilities
