Korporatiewe Sekretariële Administrateur

Posisie-oorsig:
Ons is op soek na 'n toegewyde Korporatiewe Sekretariële Administrateur om aan te sluit by 'n pasgestigte maatskappy in 'n nuwe rol wat die aanboordneming en FICA-nakoming van 'n groeiende kliëntebasis behels. Hierdie posisie vereis 'n gemotiveerde individu met 'n sterk aandag aan detail en ervaring in maatskappy-sekretariële funksies, insluitend indiening, wysigings en nakomingsverwante take.
Minimum Kwalifikasies en Ondervindingvereistes:
- 'n LLB of Sekretariële diploma/kwalifikasie is voordelig, maar nie noodsaaklik nie. Kandidate met sterk ervaring en geen formele of onverwante kwalifikasies nie, word aangemoedig om aansoek te doen.
Belangrike Verantwoordelikhede:
- Indiening van maatskappy-jaaropgawes
- Indiening van Uiteindelike Voordelige Eienaarskap (UBO) verklarings vir beide maatskappye en trusts
- Hantering van direkteur-wysigings, opening van nuwe maatskappye, deregistrasie van maatskappye, en opdatering van maatskappy-adresse
- Opstel van notules en resolusies soos vereis deur die Maatskappyewet
- Heruitreiking van aandele-sertifikate en aanpassings aan aandeelhouding
- Hantering van XBRL- en FAS-indienings
Bykomende Voordeel:
- Ervaring met trustadministrasie sal voordelig wees
- Ervaring met die GreatSoft Secretarial-module sal as 'n voordeel beskou word.

Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Corporate Secretarial Administrator to join a newly formed company in a brand-new role that involves onboarding and FICA compliance for a growing client base. This position requires a motivated individual with strong attention to detail and experience in company secretarial functions, including filing, amendments, and compliance-related tasks.
Minimum Qualifications and Experience Requirements:
- An LLB or Secretarial diploma/qualification is advantageous but not essential. Candidates with strong experience and no formal or unrelated qualifications are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
- Filing company annual returns
- Filing Ultimate Beneficial Ownership (UBO) declarations for both companies and trusts
- Managing director amendments, opening new companies, deregistering companies, and updating company addresses
- Preparing minutes and resolutions as required by the Companies Act
- Re-issuing share certificates and making changes to shareholding
- Handling XBRL and FAS submissions
Additional Advantage:
- Experience with trust administration will be beneficial
- Experience with the GreatSoft Secretarial module will be considered an advantage.

This role involves establishing and refining processes within a newly formed company and requires the successful candidate to onboard and FICA multiple new clients efficiently.
