Job Summary:
As the Digital Marketing Specialist, your primary role involves spearheading digital marketing initiatives, optimizing multiple websites, and spearheading lead generation efforts. You'll be instrumental in crafting and executing digital marketing strategies aimed at enhancing brand visibility, boosting website traffic, and nurturing top-notch leads through diverse digital avenues. Your proficiency in paid digital advertising, paired with adeptness in harnessing digital platforms for lead acquisition and SEO, will be pivotal in realizing our marketing goals and propelling business expansion.
Candidate Requirements
Responsibilities include:
- Ensure effective campaign planning and execution, against set targets and budgets, with a clear focus on incremental sales and improving advertising performance.
- Provide insights and recommendations to optimize digital marketing campaigns, and improve ROI.
- Provide detailed analysis and reports on campaign performance and delivery.
- Analyse websites’ traffic and user behaviour using tools such as Google Analytics, SEMRush and Google Search Console.
- Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of digital marketing efforts.
- Collaborate with web developers, designers and management to align digital marketing strategies with overall business goals.
- Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and website audits to identify SEO opportunities and enhance search engine rankings.
- Identify and recommend opportunities for website content improvements and expansion.
- Develop and implement social media and content strategies that support business objectives and increase brand awareness.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Diploma/Advanced Certificate/Degree in Marketing/Advertising or related field.
- Must have 3-5 years’ experience with PPC advertising and campaign management on Meta and Google Ad Manager.
- Must have the ability and a structured approach to work with multiple ad accounts at the same time.
- Must have an in-depth understanding of digital marketing and a proven track record.
- Experience in SEO will be preferential.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross- functional teams and external partners.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to evolving business needs.
