We are seeking enthusiastic and driven individuals to join our team as Entry Level Sales Associates. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting customers, promoting and selling products, and providing exceptional customer service. This is a great opportunity for candidates who are looking to start a career in sales and gain valuable experience in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Provide product information, recommendations, and answer any questions customers may have
- Operate cash registers and process transactions accurately
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Meet or exceed sales goals and targets
- Build and maintain relationships with customers to promote repeat business
- Stay up to date on product knowledge and sales promotions
- Work collaboratively with team members to achieve store goals

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Customer service experience is a plus
- Sales experience is a plus, but not required
- Basic mathematical skills for cash handling
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
