Key Responsibilities
Market Research & Strategy: Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and client needs to develop and implement strategic plans for driving business growth in the Microsoft and cybersecurity licensing sectors.
Sales & Revenue Generation: Achieve or exceed sales targets by identifying, qualifying, and closing new opportunities with existing and prospective clients.
Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients and stakeholders, positioning the company as a trusted partner for Microsoft and cybersecurity solutions.
Solution Development: Collaborate with technical and product teams to design customized licensing solutions that meet clients’ needs, focusing on Microsoft products (Azure, Office 365, Dynamics 365) and leading cybersecurity software.
Contract Negotiations: Lead negotiations for licensing agreements, renewals, and other contracts, ensuring optimal terms and alignment with both client needs and company goals.
Training & Enablement: Educate clients on the benefits of Microsoft and cybersecurity solutions, conducting presentations, demonstrations, and workshops to promote a deeper understanding of product value.
Partnership Development: Build strategic alliances with Microsoft, cybersecurity vendors, and technology partners to enhance service offerings and expand market reach.
Pipeline & Forecasting: Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales pipeline and forecasts, utilizing CRM tools to manage prospects and measure success against KPIs.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams—such as marketing, product, and technical support—to drive cohesive strategies, support product launches, and enhance the customer experience.

Candidate Requirements
QualificationsEducation:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field; Master’s degree or relevant certifications are a plus.
Experience:
5+ years in business development, sales, or account management, with at least 3 years focused on Microsoft licensing or cybersecurity software.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a B2B environment.
Skills:
In-depth knowledge of Microsoft licensing solutions (Office 365, Azure, etc.) and cybersecurity products.
Strong analytical, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to navigate complex sales cycles with multiple stakeholders.
Exceptional communication skills with a consultative approach to sales.
