Job Title: Engineer, Building Management Systems

Location:

Limpopo, Waterberg District, Lephalale

Job Type:

6 month Contract, expected to work Full-Time hours

Job Duties:

• Design, implement, and maintain building management systems
• Conduct system troubleshooting and repairs
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors on system integration
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and safety protocols
• Provide technical support to end-users and maintenance staff
• Monitor system performance and recommend improvements

Required Qualifications:

• Degree in Mechanical or Structural Engineering
• PrEng with Engineering Council of South Africa (ECSA)
• Proven experience in building management systems
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, lighting, access control, and energy management systems
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment

Experience:

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in BMH systems design, including limestone and gypsum handling systems

Knowledge and Skills:

• Understanding of HVAC, lighting, access control, and energy management systems
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
