Posisie-oorsig:

Salary: R6,000 – R8,500 per month
Working Hours: Monday – Thursday: 07:30 – 17:00, Friday: 07:30 – 16:00, Every Second Saturday: 07:30 – 11:00
Position Overview:
The Junior Hire Consultant will ensure exceptional customer service, support hire operations, and maintain accurate administrative functions. Strong organizational skills, proactive client support, and attention to detail are essential.
Requirements:
- Valid Driver’s License
- Strong computer and Microsoft Office skills
- Fluency in English; additional languages advantageous
- Strong communication, administrative, and customer service focus
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with equipment hire inquiries
- Manage customer accounts and ensure accurate records
- Communicate effectively and resolve customer issues
- Coordinate rentals and maintain a neat work environment
- Perform credit vetting and handle transactions
- Collaborate with branch staff and represent the company at events
