Employer: Time Personnel
- Matric qualification essential
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel as needed
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in aluminum, metals, or related industries
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented mindset
- Ability to work independently and manage a territory effectively
- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve and exceed revenue targets
- Identify and establish new business opportunities through proactive client outreach
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring a high level of satisfaction
- Provide product expertise, technical knowledge, and support to clients
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions and exceptional service
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and competitors to drive competitive advantage
Salary: basic plus Commission, dependent on experience.
