Job Function
To manage the processes, teams and resources accountable for cleaning services, contributing to operational effectiveness, client or customer satisfaction, reduced risk, profitability and compliance torelevant policies and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Relations: Conduct regular client meetings to address needs, resolve issues, and maintain high service standards. Handle invoicing queries and escalate any critical concerns.
- Staff Management: Support Contract Managers with staffing requirements, performance appraisals, and ensure compliance with labour regulations. Engage with staff to recognize achievements and address performance challenges.
- Costing & Payroll: Coordinate with payroll and billing teams, ensuring timely submissions and accurate billing for clients.
- Reporting & Compliance: Prepare activity reports for management and ensure effective debt recovery. Monitor operational costs closely to enhance profitability.
- Training & Development: Facilitate staff training in collaboration with Contract Managers and clients to meet service standards and drive career development.
Candidate Requirements
Qualifications & Skills:
Education: Matric.
Experience: 5-10 years in Operations within Cleaning, Hygiene, Hospitality, or Pest Control.
Skills and experience required
- Basic reporting knowledge/skill
- Basic warehouse picking knowledge/skill
- Intermediate administration knowledge/skill
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Knowledge of procurement processes and best practices.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication, delegation, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in computer and administrative tasks.
