Are you a strategic financial leader with a passion for driving project success? We are seeking an experienced Finance Manager to join our dynamic team and oversee all financial aspects of project-related initiatives. If you are a CA(SA) or CIMA-qualified professional with expertise in SAP S4 (non-negotiable), we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

Lead financial planning, analysis, and reporting for project works, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
Utilize deep knowledge of SAP S4 for process optimization, accurate budgeting, forecasting, and cost management.
Collaborate with project teams to track progress, analyze variances, and recommend cost-effective solutions.
Support strategic decision-making through insightful financial modeling and risk assessments.
Drive compliance with accounting standards, regulatory requirements, and internal policies.
Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, fostering a culture of financial accountability.

Requirements:

Chartered Accountant (CA(SA)) or CIMA qualification (essential).
Industry : Manufacturing, pharmaceutical.
Proven experience managing financial aspects of project works, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
Expertise in SAP S4 is non-negotiable.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to engage cross-functional teams effectively.
