Vacancy: Control Room Manager (Night-Shift Only)- National Command Centre
Location: Heldekruin Roodepoort
Reporting: Branch Manager

The overall purpose of this position is to ensure that all site-specific security requirements are adhered to and that the Client’s needs are efficiently and professionally met at all times. Managing People, Processes and systems, Deep Alert, Hikvision, Reporting

Minimum Requirements:

• Grade A
• Grade 12 / Matric
• Driver's License and own reliable transport
• Must Reside in Westrand Area.
• Computer Literacy in MS Office, CCTV, etc
• Must be able to work under pressure and for extended hours as and when required
• Strong ability to work shifts
• Work independently and within a team.
• A minimum of 5 years’ experience in the Security Industry Control room or Call Centre
• No criminal record or any Pending Cases
• Must be reliable and trustworthy
• Call Centre or Control Room Experience
• Receiving complaints and informing management accordingly
• Able to exercise and maintain discipline.
