Our client, a leading company in the food industry, is seeking a highly skilled Senior Food Technologist to join their dynamic team. If you have a strong background in the meat or fresh food industry and a passion for food science and technology, this could be the perfect opportunity for you!

Candidate Requirements

Minimum Requirements:

Matric (Grade 12) or equivalent qualification
Degree in Food Science or Food Technology
5+ years’ experience in a meat FMCG environment, with a strong understanding of product development, food safety, and quality assurance
Proven experience in developing and improving food products, especially within the meat sector
Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills
