Job Title: Document Controller

Location: Limpopo, Waterberg District, Lephalale

Job Type: 6 month Contract, Full-Time hours

Job Duties:

• Manage and maintain all project documents in accordance with company procedures
• Ensure accurate filing, tracking, and distribution of all project documents
• Coordinate with project team members to collect and organise documents
• Perform regular quality checks on documents to ensure compliance with standards
• Generate reports on document status and provide updates to project stakeholders

Required Qualifications:

• National Certificate (NQF 3) with 7 years of Document Control experience OR
• National Diploma (NQF 4) in Admin/Business Management/Information or Library Science with 5 years of Document Control experience OR
• National Diploma (NQF 6) in Admin/Business Management/Information or Library Science with 2 years of Document Control experience.
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
• Proficient in document management software
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities

Experience:

• 7 years of Document Control experience OR  5 years of Document Control experience OR 2 years of Document Control experience

Knowledge and Skills:

• Understanding of document control processes and best practises
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
