Job Title: Construction Manager

Location:

Limpopo, Waterberg District, Lephalale

Job Type:

6 month Contract, expected to work Full-Time hours

Job Duties:

• Oversee and manage all construction activities on the site
• Coordinate and supervise construction workers and subcontractors
• Ensure projects are completed within budget and on schedule
• Implement health and safety procedures to maintain a safe work environment
• Review and interpret construction plans and drawings
• Communicate progress and any issues to stakeholders and project managers

Required Qualifications:

• Degree in Civil, Structural, Mechanical, or Construction Management.
• PrEng with Engineering Council of South Africa (ECSA)
• Valid Construction Manager certification
• Proven experience in a similar role in the construction industry

Experience:

Minimum of 10 years in construction management for large industrial or infrastructure projects

Knowledge and Skills:

• Thorough understanding of construction processes and procedures
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Strong problem-solving abilities
• Proficient in project management software
