Hire Resolve's client, a dynamic and growing company in the Food and Beverage Services sector is seeking a talented and experienced Financial Accountant to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all financial accounting activities for the company, including budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and maintain accurate and timely financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements
- Develop and monitor budgets and forecasts to ensure financial stability and growth
- Analyze financial data and trends to provide strategic recommendations to management
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes
- Reconcile and review general ledger accounts to ensure accuracy and compliance
- Assist in the preparation of annual financial statements and tax returns
- Coordinate with external auditors and other stakeholders as needed
- Stay up-to-date on financial regulations and compliance requirements

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation preferred
- 3+ years of experience in financial accounting, preferably in a corporate setting
- Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Excel
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance standards
