This global engineering firm specialises in automotive design, and they are seeking a dynamic leader to spearhead operations at its new Bangalore location. If you have a background in design engineering, and are ready to take your career to the next level, this opportunity could be your perfect fit.

Key Responsibilities:

Office Setup: Oversee the complete office establishment process, including logistics, infrastructure, and vendor coordination.
HR & Talent Development: Lead recruitment efforts, manage employee relations, and create development strategies for talent retention.
Financial & P&L Management: Ensure the office's financial success by managing budgets, controlling costs, and driving profitability.
Operations & Marketing: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance operational processes and implement marketing initiatives for business growth.
Compliance & Legal: Ensure adherence to local labour laws, handle work permits and manage legal requirements for local and international staff.

Qualifications & Skills:

A Degree in Engineering is essential, ideally in design engineering.
MBA or similar qualifications are an advantage.
Strong background in design engineering, especially within the automotive industry.
Excellent financial management skills, including P&L and budgeting experience.
Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
Willingness to travel internationally as required.
