I am looking for a driven and analytical M&A Associate with 5-7 years' experience in Corporate Finance.

This individual will play a key role in supporting mergers and acquisitions activities, from market analysis and deal sourcing to financial modeling and transaction execution. With a strong background in statistics, engineering, or IT, the ideal candidate will bring a unique perspective to the team, aiding in data-driven decision-making and strategic growth initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct in-depth industry research, market assessments, and competitive analyses
• Support deal origination and assist in structuring, negotiating, and executing M&A transactions
• Develop and review financial models, including cash flow projections, valuations, and sensitivity analyses
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, providing financial insights to support business decisions
• Prepare comprehensive investment proposals, presentations, and due diligence documentation
• Maintain knowledge of industry trends and regulatory developments affecting transactions

Qualifications:

• 5-7 years of relevant experience, ideally within M&A, Corporate Finance, or Investment Banking
• Strong financial acumen with a demonstrated track record in financial modeling and valuation analysis
• If not a CA(SA), must possess a Master’s Degree, FMVA, or CFA certification
• Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment

Preferred Skills:

• Advanced knowledge of financial modeling and valuation methodologies
• Proficiency in relevant analytical tools and software
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work independently and within a team
