Criteria:
- Accreditation in Marketing | E-Commerce | Business Administration
- Proven track record in e-commerce marketing, ideally within the hospitality industry
- Proficiency with Opera, OTAs, and channel management tools
- Strong marketing skills in PPC, social media, and email campaigns
- Analytical ability for metrics tracking and data-driven decisions
- Effective collaborator with sales, marketing, and revenue teams
- Familiarity with Meta platforms and social media strategy
- Content creation and design for website, social media, and promotional materials
- Customer experience optimization across booking platforms
- Local business partnership development
- Excellent proficiency in the English language
- Excellent computer literacy
(responsibilities include but are not limited to):
- Direct booking revenue percentage vs. OTAs
- Average Daily Rate (ADR) in relation to direct bookings
- Return on Advertising Spend (ROAS) for campaigns
- Email engagement rates (opens, clicks, conversions)
- Proficiency in online booking platforms and channel managers
- Success rate of Opera rate promotions
- Occupancy rate tracking and alignment with pricing strategies
- Voucher issuance, redemption, and SOP compliance
- Meta advertising performance metrics (reach, engagement, conversion)
