Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Planning & Execution: Develop and implement strategic plans that align with company goals, fostering growth and profitability in line with organizational vision.
Financial Oversight: Work closely with the finance team to monitor budgets, forecasts, and financial performance, ensuring optimal resource allocation and cost-efficiency across departments.
Operational Leadership: Oversee daily operations across relevant departments, ensuring that processes are streamlined, resources are managed efficiently, and key objectives are met.
People Management: Lead, mentor, and develop a team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work culture. Manage recruitment, training, and performance evaluations to build a strong and effective workforce.
Project Management: Lead and support large-scale projects across the organization, including initiatives related to agriculture, IT ERP, or farm management. Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and achieve business objectives.
Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, suppliers, and regional partners, to promote business interests and drive value.
Market Expansion & Business Development: Identify growth opportunities, particularly in Europe and Africa, and support efforts to expand the company’s presence in these regions. Conduct market analysis, competitor analysis, and business case evaluations for new initiatives.
Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure that all operations comply with relevant legal and regulatory requirements, both locally and internationally, and implement measures to manage operational risks.

Candidate Requirements
Requirements:Education: Honors degree in Management, MBA, or Financial Management degree.
Experience: Minimum of 10 years of management experience in agriculture, farming, or IT ERP industries.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in ERP systems, financial management, and a strong understanding of industry-specific practices.
Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills: Strong ability to analyze complex situations, interpret financial data, and develop practical solutions to drive business success.
Leadership & Interpersonal Skills: Proven track record of team management and leadership, with excellent communication skills and the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
Travel Flexibility: Willingness and ability to travel periodically to Europe and Africa as required.
Preferred Qualifications:
Familiarity with international business practices, especially in Europe and Africa.
Experience managing cross-functional teams in diverse regions or sectors.
