Our client, based abroad, is seeking a South African-based SDR to join their recruitment firm.
JOB SCOPE
• Ensure a thorough understanding of the team's overall goals, priorities, and client value
proposition
• Generate AND reaching out to qualifying leads through outbound emails, calls, and social
media
• Schedule consultations, demos and other related appointments between the prospective
client and the Director of Business Dev
• Field basic questions and concerns about the service/s we offer
• Provide support in developing effective business development strategies
• Draft, review and finalize contracts and other relevant documentation
• Utilize PandaDoc or email to send quotes to clients and follow up to ensure timely responses.
• Efficiently monitor multiple correspondences to ensure prompt replies are sent out to leads
and clients
• Ensure all relevant data is kept updated in the CRM
Job Type: Full-time
Base Pay: R 15 000.00 - R 20 000.00
Commissions? Yes - potential earnings of up to $2k total monthly average
Candidate Requirements
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
• 3+ years of experience in B2B business development, with skills in:
o Lead generation
o Appointment setting
o Cold emailing
o Cold calling
o LinkedIn Sales Navigator
• Proficient in CRM tools (HubSpot preferred)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with experience in U.S. client/ U.S.
customer-interfacing roles
• Strong attention to detail
• Proficiency in using PandaDoc or similar tools for sending quotes and handling
documentation.
• Ability to work collaboratively
MUSTS
1) Excellent English verbal communication skills (C1 and up ONLY)
2) Availability to work 40hrs /week on U.S. time zone
PREFERENCES:
• Working knowledge of Apollo is strongly preferred
