My client, based in Bryanston, is urgently looking for an entry-level Graduate or candidate with 1 to 2 years of technical support experience to join their dynamic organization. The incumbent will be responsible for customer support and the development of support material.

Qualification Required: BEng or BSc
Drivers License and Own Car

Experience:

Working knowledge of electronics
Computer literate
Ability to understand technical aspects of the product range
Ability to use various ticketing platforms
Basic understanding of business operations
Consolidation of relevant information for reporting purposes
Training & facilitation skills
Identifying challenges and suggesting solutions
Quality management
