Ensure team accountability for production issues and delivery
Craft and maintain a coherent product vision aligned with organizational objectives
Act as a central conduit between stakeholders and the team
Maintain clear communication within the team and with stakeholders
Meticulously manage and prioritize the product backlog
Lead systematic delivery of solutions and evaluate outcomes
Provide vision and direction, foster accountability, and ensure team cohesion
Maintain personal quality and productivity standards
Drive to achieve high-quality results in a challenging, fast-paced environment
Balance technical constraints to maximize product value

Skills & Experience:
Minimum 6+ years of experience in product management or a similar role
Proven experience as a Product Owner/Manager, preferably in payments or retail
Familiarity with Agile principles, not strictly bound by Scrum conventions
Strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities
Exceptional communication and leadership qualities
Developed customer-centric products from inception to post-launch
Led diverse teams, collaborating with architects, engineers, designers, and data analysts
Emphasized product outcomes over outputs, driving product KPIs
