My client is seeking a talented GRADUATE Electrical Engineer to join their continuous production plant. This is an excellent opportunity for a BSc, BEng, graduate in Electrical Engineering . The role is designed to develop you into a fully-fledged Electrical Engineer within 3 to 5 years through our succession planning program.

Key Responsibilities:

• 
  

  Engage in all aspects of electrical engineering at a continuous production plant.

  
  


• 
  

  Perform maintenance and preventative maintenance on static production machines, equipment, injection molding, and blower machines.

  
  


• 
  

  Service and repair heavy current and low current equipment.

  
  


• 
  

  Participate in continuous improvement initiatives at the plant.

  
  


• 
  

  Manage a team of 15 to 20 artisans and aides.

  
  

Required Minimum Qualifications/Experience:

• 
  

  Minimum of a BSc, BEng, degree in Electrical Engineering.

  
  


• 
  

  Open to graduates 

  
  


• 
  

  Experience in a static machine manufacturing environment (FMCG experience will not be considered).

  
  


• 
  

  Knowledge of Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs).

  
  


• 
  

  Willingness to work hands-on and be continuously present on the shop floor/workshop.

  
  


• 
  

  Our client operates on a 3-shift system, but the candidate will work day shifts.

  
  


• 
  

  Must reside within a 30-minute reach from the site to assist with any plant emergencies.
