Job Description:

•          Provide expert technical support for KNX-based building automation products and systems to our system integrator customers, both remotely and on-site.

•          Assist customers with system integration, configuration, and troubleshooting in home and building projects.

•          Conduct test of KNX products.

•          Assists customers with the automation design for their building projects.

•          Provide customers with solutions for their projects using the company's product offerings.

•          Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues related to building automation systems.

•          Maintain up-to-date knowledge of KNX standards, emerging technologies, and industry trends.

•          Ensure timely and effective resolution of customer inquiries, providing clear documentation and follow-up.

Key Requirements:

•          Proven experience in building automation, system integration, and troubleshooting.

•          Excellent problem-solving and customer service skills.

•          Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

•          Strong communication skills and the ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly.

•          Building automation programming experience.
