Job Description:
Managing and overseeing project deliverables to ensure timely completion while upholding high-quality standards
 
Skills & Experience:
Minimum of 5 years as a Quantity Surveyor in a consulting environment
Managing and overseeing project deliverables to ensure timely completion while upholding high-quality standards
Estimating project costs, preparing budgets, and providing expert consulting on cost-effective solutions
Managing contracts and ensuring compliance with terms and conditions
Handling procurement processes for materials and services to meet project requirements
Monitoring and controlling project costs to stay within budget, with a focus on maximizing value and minimizing waste
Conducting site visits and inspections to assess progress, quality, and adherence to sustainability goals
Maintaining thorough documentation and preparing regular reports for clients and stakeholders
Facilitating communication with clients, stakeholders, and project teams, ensuring alignment and transparency throughout the project lifecycle

Qualification:
Honours degree in Quantity Surveying
Registration with the South African Council of the Quantity Surveying Profession (SACQSP) preferred
 
Only South African Residents or individuals with a relevant South African work permit will be considered.
