Our client is searching for a Head of Project Management Office (PMO), a strategic leader who handles high-stakes projects with the poise and prowess of a top attorney in New York’s most elite law firm.

What you’ll be doing:
As Head of PMO, you’ll be the managing partner of their project portfolio, directing high-impact initiatives ranging from cutting-edge technology to M&A and expansion projects. Just as Harvey and Jessica steered Pearson Hardman through complex cases, you’ll establish and lead a centralized PMO that champions excellence, efficiency, and impeccable delivery.
 
Your Responsibilities Include:
Establishing and embedding a world-class PMO aligned with PMI standards, setting the tone for a culture of high performance akin to Pearson Hardman.
Designing and executing strategic project plans that even Mike Ross would envy, complete with sharp attention to detail.
Managing resources, risks, and interdependencies with the strategic savvy of Louis Litt handling a crucial deposition.
Leading, mentoring, and inspiring your team to execute projects with the precision of Donna’s unmatched administrative expertise.
Reporting to executive management with insights that are as persuasive as a closing argument.
 
Skills & Experience:
A bachelor’s degree in business science, commerce, engineering, or computer science (an MBA is your ticket to the senior partnership).
Minimum 5-8 years of experience managing large-scale transformational projects and consultancy.
Leadership skills that command a room, motivate a team, and win over clients, like Harvey’s famous negotiation tactics.
A project management certification to prove you’ve got the chops.
Exceptional strategic, analytical, and problem-solving skills worthy of the courtroom.

A confident individual with a friendly personality, drive, energy, and enthusiasm together with a strong personal commitment to the delivery of high standards in a timely, efficient, and friendly manner who works in alignment with the company policies and procedures. An individual who possesses great problem-solving skills & an ability to work with little to no supervision.
