Project Management Extraordinaire: 5-8 years of experience in project management, specializing in large, transformational projects. You’re equally comfortable with agile as you are with old-school waterfall, and you can explain the difference without eye-rolling
People Wrangler: You've led project teams, mentored future PMs, and calmed stakeholders mid-panic. Plus, you know how to get the best out of vendors, suppliers, and anyone else who’s part of the action
Financial Jedi: Budgets are your playground, and you know how to stretch a dollar (or rand) to make projects shine. Forecasting, tracking, and reporting are second nature
Tech and Tools Savvy: You’re a wizard with PM software, from dashboards to templates, and you know which tools to pull out of your bag to keep things moving
Risk and Change Champion: No project goes off-track under your watch. You’re a master of risk management and have a sixth sense for change management. You make it look easy
Communication Guru: You can translate complex project lingo into plain language, and your emails are practically works of art

Qualification:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or Computer Science. MBA? Even better
