This esteemed advisory firm, known for its excellence in investment and M&A, is seeking to recruit a Corporate Finance Associate. The firm offers specialized financial expertise to businesses, supporting them through mergers, acquisitions, capital raising initiatives, and strategic investment decisions.

An established firm, with nearly two decades of expertise in investment, transaction advisory, and fund management, seeks to hire a Corporate Finance Associate. The firm delivers corporate finance advisory services to a select client base, and the successful candidate will be instrumental in growing and enhancing these services.

Responsibilities:

Capital raising for M&A transactions
Conduct advanced financial analysis, due diligence, and research on investment opportunities
Perform valuations using approaches such as Discounted Cash Flow (DCF) and multiples
Build comprehensive financial models to support investment decisions
Oversee deal conclusion and ensure all necessary documentation is accurately completed

Qualifications & Experience Required:

Chartered Accountant (CA(SA))/MCom/CFA/FMVA qualification is essential
4-6 years of experience in corporate finance, investment banking, or transaction advisory
Strong skills in financial modeling, valuations, and analysis
Proven experience in corporate finance, mezzanine/ leveraged finance
Excellent report writing and presentation skills
Solid academic background
