Requirements:

·        Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, or related field.

·        Demonstrated experience in project planning, scheduling, and coordination.

·        Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor in the construction industry.

·        Proficiency in project management and cost estimation software.

·        Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

·        Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

·        Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks.

·        Knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.

·        Understanding of construction contracts, procurement, and quantity surveying techniques.
