Job Opportunity exists for a Credit Model Development & Risk Management Specialist

Credit Model Development & Enhancement: Lead the design and continuous improvement of credit models, scorecards, and analytics tools, ensuring they align with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
Credit Automation & Decisioning: Drive initiatives to automate and streamline the credit evaluation and approval processes, ensuring responsible lending practices and securing high-quality asset placements.
Risk Management: Assess and manage credit risk across client portfolios, conduct thorough credit assessments, and adjust risk parameters as needed to ensure the quality of asset acquisition.
Client-Centric Solutions: Develop a deep understanding of client needs, provide innovative credit solutions, and build strong relationships to support clients' financial goals.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with teams across the organization to optimize credit models, enhance performance, and address challenges related to credit assessment, approval, and risk management.
Reporting & Analytics: Develop reports to track credit performance, model accuracy, and risk metrics, and provide actionable insights to senior management.
Compliance & Regulatory Adherence: Ensure adherence to internal policies and external regulations, staying informed about industry trends and regulatory changes to continuously refine strategies.
Team Leadership & Development: Mentor and guide junior credit analysts, providing training and support to create a high-performance, collaborative environment.

Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex data to non-technical stakeholders
Detail-oriented, with a focus on accuracy and compliance
Passion for innovation and staying ahead of emerging trends in data science and credit automation

Minimum Requirements:

Degree in Finance, Mathematics, or Data Science
Degree or course in Data Programming
Experience in Internal Audit or Internal Controls
Proficient in Data Analytics tools, including SAP, SYSPRO, SQL, and Power BI
Willingness to travel regionally and internationally on occasion
