Hire Resolve is currently seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Inventory Manager/Operations Controller to join a leading pharmaceutical company. This role will involve managing and controlling inventory levels, ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines, and optimizing operational processes within the pharmaceutical industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate daily operations, including procurement, logistics, and supply chain.
• Monitor and report on operational performance metrics.
• Implement process improvements to increase efficiency.
• Work closely with the sales manager on individual product GP tracking.
• Collaborate with the warehouse manager on inventory control.
• Develop and implement effective inventory management strategies.
• Conduct stock analysis, forecasting, and planning.
• Monitor and adjust inventory levels to minimize stockouts and overstocking.
• Optimize stockholding costs and improve inventory turnover.
• Complete Bills of Materials and work with cost accounting functions.
• Manage and maintain Sage Evolution inventory management module.
• Process stock transactions, invoices, and credits.
• Generate inventory reports and analytics.
• Develop and maintain complex spreadsheets for inventory analysis.
• Create dashboards, charts, and graphs for data visualization.
• Automate reports using Excel macros and formulas.

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in inventory and operations management within the pharmaceutical industry.
• Professional registration beneficial eg, CSCP, CLTD, SAPICS etc.
• Strong knowledge of inventory management systems and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and inventory management software.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
• Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy.
