Sondor Performance foams requires the full-time services of a Branch (General) Manager to join our dynamic team based at it's converting vacility in Edenvale, JHB. The incumbent will be responsible for Managing the branch resources and leading the TEAM to acheive the Branch Sales targets and leading the team to perform and acheive above average returns for the region. Ultimately responsible for the Team of approximately 60 staff members, in various capacities.
We require a minimum of +5 years general management experience preferably within a manufacturing, jobbing environment and servicing a variety of industries.
The incumbent shall be required to have a thorough understanding of costings and have had practical application of pricing/and strategy, they must be technically minded, innovative, excellent communicator, both written and verbal and must be diligent in their admin. knowledge of Syspro ERP system is avantageous.
Track record of leading ordinary team/s to achieve extraordinatory heights.

Candidate Requirements
Grade 12 /or equivalent qualification plus B Degree or Business /commerce qualification with +5 years general management experience but preferably within a manufacturing, jobbing environment.
Knowledge/Skills : General/Commercial Management skills; Sales & Marketing skills are crucial; Financial & Production controls including Inventory, Cash, Debtors, Creditors, Logistics, Sales & Marketing, HSE, Quality & HR.
Strong commercial, Operational and Business skills; Proficient in customer relations; Proficient in MS Office Excel & Syspro and /or equivalent ERP Systems; Managing branch Human resources and full understanding and application of managing disciplinaries, Performance Management, including managing a diverse workforce and ensuring successsion;
Additional duties as deemed necessary by the position.
