Job Description:
Facilitate the tendering process, helping secure successful project bids
Support smooth monthly claim cycles, keeping projects on time and budget
Assist in procurement activities, ensuring all align with approved rates and guidelines
Measure and compile cost documentation, providing valuable insights for project decisions
Review contractual documents and project specifications to ensure compliance and quality
 
Skills & Experience:
Graduate to 3 years of experience in a related field
Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive mindset
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
Experience in HVAC and plumbing is a plus

Qualification:
Bsc or BTech in Quantity Surveying
 
Only South African Residents or individuals with a relevant South African work permit will be considered.
