Candidate Requirements

Requirements:

• Minimum:  Matric
• (Recognition for prior learning (RPL) based on years of experience and knowledge gained will be granted to those already in the position).
• Preferred:  Matric with Mathematics

Technical Competencies:

• Knowledge of Weight distribution
• Understanding of any Cold Storage Warehouse Management System
• Basic Food Safety Principles 
• HACCP
• Understanding of Health and Safety 

Experience:

• Minimum:  2 - 3 years’ experience in a high-volume colds store operation, within the food industry.
• Preferred:  3 to 5 years’ experience in a high-volume colds store operation, within the food industry.  

Skills: 

• Computer literate 
• Able to Multi-task
• Good Communication (verbal and written)
• Ability to work under pressure 
• Showing Initiative
