An award-winning global organization is seeking an experienced Creditors Clerk to manage Accounts Payable for multiple entities. In this key role within the Finance team, you’ll ensure efficiency and accuracy across a complex, high-volume environment. Invoice, expense and purchase order processing
Assisting with supplier and business queries timeously
Statement reconciliation in order to validate account balances
Payment run generation and reporting
Processing of urgent payments
Understanding compliance issues and transactional tax accounting
Perform process controls during transactional processing
Maintain Master file records for new and existing customers
Support wider team and their team members to ensure business success
Continuous improvement ideas to refine processes and controls
 
Skills & Experience:
A minimum of 2 years of Full Function Creditors experience
Previous experience working in a Shared Service Centre highly preferred
Media or Digital sector experience beneficial
 
Qualification:
Matric (Grade 12)
Tertiary qualification in finance
