Liquor Store Manager

Area: Roodepoort

Salary: Basic Salary R18000 plus Medical Aid, Provident Fund and 13^th cheque

Working Hours: Retail hours

Responsibilities:

·         Oversee daily operation including inventory management, staff supervision, sales tracking, and stock control

·         Lead and motivate a dedicated team to ensure top performance and customer satisfaction

·         Develop and implement sales strategies to drive store growth and profitability

·         Ensure compliance with all local and state regulations regarding the sales of alcohol

Qualifications, experience and skills

·         Proven experience in retail management, preferably in the liquor or beverage industry.

·         Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and guide a team

·         Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

·         Knowledge of alcohol laws and regulation

·         Good MS Excel skills
