Duties:
- Monitor and intercept emails to ensure smooth communication flow
- Manage and track job cards throughout the process
- Assist with preparing quotes and liaise with clients
- Update artwork and other information in our project management system
Candidate Requirements
Requirements:
• Matric (Grade 12)
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Strong communication and client liaison abilities
• Ability to multitask and manage priorities
• Familiarity with office systems and willingness to learn ClickUp
• Team-oriented with a problem-solving mindset
• Relevant degree or Course (Advantage)
Compute Literacy:
MS Office (Outlook,Excel)
ClickUp (Training will be provided)
