Are you a skilled Electrical Foreman with experience in the FMCG sector? Do you have the expertise to lead a dynamic team and oversee electrical maintenance and projects in a fast-paced, industry-leading environment?

Our client is seeking an experienced Electrical Foreman to join their facility in the Western Cape!

Candidate Requirements

Minimum Requirements:

Matric (Grade 12) or equivalent.
Electrician Trade Test certification.
N6 Electrical Engineering or a related qualification.
Wireman’s License (advantageous).
3–5 years’ experience working in an FMCG food manufacturing environment, with a strong focus on electrical maintenance and project management.
Proven leadership skills with experience managing teams
Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
