Employer: Goldman Tech Resourcing

A reputable financial services company is seeking a Deal Principal/Transactor level candidate to join its Mezzanine Debt investment team in its Johannesburg office. A few duties include independently run with all areas of deal origination, investment transaction execution and portfolio management, investment Opportunity analysis, market analysis and market research, deal Structuring and tax structuring, Negotiation support and Term Sheet drafting.

We require a candidate with:

6 to 8 years prior work experience in Mezzanine Debt, Leveraged or Acquisition Finance, Project Finance, Corporate Finance/M&A, Private Equity or Equity Finance
CA(SA) or CFA or MBA or Masters Degree
