Service Controller Security - CCTV, Alarms
Area: Roodepoort
Package: Basic Salary: Negotiable up to R25 000 depending on experience plus Medical Aid, Provident Fund, 13th Cheque in Birthday Month, Discretionary Performance Bonus in December
Overview: The incumbent will work within the Service Department where they liaise daily with clients, Technical Staff and Senior Management. They need to be able to communicate very well with people on all levels and provide feedback to clients from big corporations and internally with technicians. Main responsibilities include scheduling, invoicing and stock recon
Duties:
· Monitoring online platforms for tickets to then plan and arrange maintenance or installation calls.
· Dealing with ad hoc client requests for services to be rendered and planning accordingly.
· Create quotes and daily invoicing of work completed
· Stock management of technical staff reporting employee by reconning the stock and resolve any variances.
· Daily client communication
· Assist with planning of special projects and scheduling according to the project plan
Requirements:
· Matric Certificate
· 5 years’ experience in similar role
· Relevant financial experience related to invoicing
· Relevant client service experience
· Stock management experience
· Attention to detail
· Excellent Communication skills
· MS Office with good Excel skills
· Experience working on CRM system preferably Microsoft Dynamics
· Clear criminal and credit record
· Position based in Roodepoort
Required Skills
- Stock Management: 3 to 4 years
