Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement targeted marketing and sales strategies for corporate clients.
- Drive the development and enhancement of products and services tailored to the corporate sector.
- Manage and strengthen existing relationships while cultivating new ones.
- Oversee credit risk frameworks and implement effective risk management practices.
- Create customer management strategies focused on insight-driven marketing.
- Manage cost-effective liabilities and meet financial growth targets.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline (Master’s Degree preferred).
- Professional certification in a relevant field is advantageous.
- Minimum of 5 years banking experience, with 2-3 years in a leadership role within the corporate sector.
- Proficiency in English.
- Namibian citizenship or permanent residency required.
Skills & Abilities:
- Strong product knowledge and understanding of the public sector market.
- Exceptional relationship management and customer service skills.
- Skilled in marketing, negotiation, and presentation.
- Strategic thinker with strong oral and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Excel and presentation tools.
