·         File, grind and sand repaired body surfaces using hand and power tools

·         Mask and tape auto body surfaces in preparation for painting

·         Mix paint, blend and match colours

·         Apply primers and repaint surfaces using brush or spray guns

·         Determine necessary application of paint for a thorough coat

·         Check for runs or sags in the paint and ensure the quality of the product

·         Use the machines and resources available correctly to carry out the Paint Repair part of the Fabrication process (if and when required)

·         Repair any identified quality defects

·         Follow Work Instructions and Factory Manager’s instructions to ensure a high level of accuracy

·         Work in a productive manner to meet Production targets

·         Work safely taking care of the safety of him/herself and Company property and goods

·         Report incidents/accidents/non-conformances

·         Raise & report rejects/reworks as per QMS
