- Previous experience in Retail, Stock and Bookkeeping will be an advantage
- Must be computer literate
- Good organisational skills
- Excellent communication skills

- Answer phone calls
- Capturing of physical job cards in full detail
- Capturing supplier invoices Creating and sending purchase orders for suppliers
- Office management (stationery, cleaning supplies, general office items)
- Debtors – follow up with clients regarding outstanding monies
- Creditors – follow up with suppliers regarding outstanding parts
- Assist Directors with various tasks (may include driving to collect or purchase items, contacting clients, sending emails, whatsapps etc, and scheduling meetings)
- Courier (arrange courier for collection or deliveries of various items)
- Manage Time Sheets
- Assist with Quotes
Assist with invoicing
